A native of Webster, NY, Michelle Cimino received her B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY.
She went on to earn her J.D. from Syracuse University,graduating cum laude in 1995. At Syracuse Law School, Michelle received the Justinian Honorary Law Society Award and was the technical editor for the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce. While in law school, Michelle clerked for Judge John F. Lawton, Appellate Division Fourth Department. After graduating, Michelle formed her own practice focusing on employment litigation. From 2004 to 2008, Michelle joined Chamberlain D'Amanda LLP as a Senior Litigation Associate where she handled a broad range of civil matters including family law, employment law, personal injury, commercial transactions, and bankruptcy.
